Le squat est un exercice fondamental pour renforcer les fessiers, les quadriceps et les ischio-jambiers.

Comment faire : Debout, pieds écartés à la largeur des épaules, descendez en pliant les genoux comme pour vous asseoir sur une chaise, puis remontez.
Pour les débutants : Faites des squats au poids du corps.
Pour les confirmés : Ajoutez des poids ou utilisez une barre.

Pour les confirmés : Ajoutez un poids sur vos hanches.
